Whether or not you've tried Balkan food before, once you have it at Ambar, this international cuisine might be your new favorite. Ambar has been lauded by the Michelin guide, and it's certainly a must-try if you're looking for a new dining destination.
Their food is simple, but modern, and their large menu allows you to sample a variety of small plates, hearty entrees, or mixed platters. Start with an appetizer of one of their smoked meats, creamy spreads, or hand made savory pies. Ambar also features expertly prepared vegetables, meat, seafood, and poultry, as well as slow cooked meals like lamb stew or beef short rib goulash. Or, try the lamb or pork cooked rotisserie-style and served with slow cooked potatoes and horseradish. Lunch and dinner service is available Monday through Friday, and brunch is available on the weekend. Reservations are recommended.
