Dive Into a Dynamic New Fitness Routine at Arlington’s LavaBarre

At LavaBarre, exercisers of all types are welcome. The boutique studio first started out offering barre classes exclusively, but as the popularity of these classes exploded, the LavaBarre team decided to branch out into other fitness ventures. They added yoga, spinning, and TRX to the schedule for a well-rounded workout routine.

If you're looking to burn calories and shed pounds, the VCycle spin class is an ideal place to start. The classic VCycle class includes 55 minutes of spinning with some weight work and cardio incorporated, and other hybrid VCycle classes include 30 minutes on the bike and 30 minutes off. That extra half-hour might be spent completing a suspension training (TRX) routine or powering through a barre workout. VTRX and VBarre are both offered as standalone classes, as is yoga, and each promises different benefits.
