Expect Unique, Dynamic Workouts at Edge Yoga

No two classes are the same at Edge Yoga because no two instructors are the same. The teachers have full reign in the studio with their class is in session. They're encouraged to infuse their flow with their own personalities and philosophies, which results in dynamic classes that pull from different parts of hatha yoga.

That being said, they do tailor their classes to certain skill levels so that students know what to expect. For novices, the Yoga Foundations class provides an overview of the basics, including common yoga poses and breathing techniques. Yoga I builds on Foundations, as do Yoga II and Yoga III. Power Yoga, or Yoga IV, invited advanced yogis to deepen their practice with a fast-flowing series of postures that represent different modalities of hatha yoga.
