The O Street Museum, also known as the Mansion on O Street, isn't a single edifice, but rather five interconnected buildings. It started out as three, the homes of a trio of brothers in DC—designed by the same man (one of the brothers) who also dreamt up the U.S. Capitol building. He built in many unusual nooks and crannies, even secret doors.
Today, you can come to the O Street Museum to explore the unique row of homes, which has since expanded to five neighborhood townhouses. The museum offers many different tours and experiences, like food and beverage tours. Take the Breakfast Tour if you want to enjoy a continental spread before you embark on your adventure into the unique home. You can also go on a "treasure hunt," seeking out specific pieces and clues while you meander around the mansion.
