After a massive expansion that began back in 2010, Heavy Seas Ale House in Arlington boasts ample space for tasting craft beers and savoring locally sourced food. The independent brewery creates a selection of seven signature brews, from the Peg Leg Imperial Stout to the Cross Bones IPA. The brewers design each beer to intrigue your taste buds and complement a menu of fresh New American fare.
Pair your brew with a snack, like the soft pretzel with ancho-pepper mustard or the local oysters. Share a small plate or two, such as the blackened fish tacos or the creamy chicken and veggies bread bowl. You can also feast on your own entree, perhaps the flame-seared Atlantic salmon, the oven-roasted meatloaf, or the Teddy Burger topped with buffalo chicken and stout-infused barbecue sauce.
