There’s just something so satisfying about the first bite into a sweet, fluffy doughnut. You’ll be able to experience that feeling over and over again at District Doughnut which has been open just about two months now! This unique local spot has an even more unique mission – a better doughnut. How they strive to reach that mission? Unparalleled ingredients. They use fresh, handmade vanilla bean yeast, imported ingredients like dulce de leche from Spain, fair trade and locally made chocolates… the list goes on.
The flavors rotate seasonally and we’re right in the middle of all the delicious fall flavors which run through December 8th. They, of course, have pumpkin spice, but take it up a notch with the pumpkin spice creme brulee doughnut – oh my yum. We can pretty much guarantee you’ve never tasted anything like it. Other options range from caramel apple streusel to maple butter pecan, with more traditional options like vanilla bean glazed and funfetti. There’s something for everyone – even a savory cream cheese doughnut if you go with someone without a sweet tooth. Try it – you won’t be disappointed!
