Arlington Turkey Trot: Give Back by Heading to the Starting Line on Nov. 28

Arlington’s annual Thanksgiving Turkey Trot is coming up on Nov. 28! This annual event is a major source of charitable funding for the city, plus a great way to get out and see friends and neighbors on Turkey Day. Last year it raised over $120,000 for local nonprofits, which is a valuable way to give back and say thanks to commemorate the holiday.

Register now for the 5K fun run along the scenic streets of Arlington. The course is easy enough for leisurely joggers, kids, and dogs, or you can compete for one of the top prizes in each age category. There will be plenty of entertainment and refreshments at the finish line, but don’t fill up. The Arlington Turkey Trot is also a fun way to burn off some calories in preparation for the Thanksgiving dinner and dessert to come.

Sign up in advance of the November 28 race (no same-day registration) and get all the information on race packet pick-up times, course rules, and more at the website.
